Invitation to the Landskronberg Hands-On Event Saturday, November 21, 2026
As part of our district grant “Water and Biodiverse Cultural Landscapes,” we are organizing a hands-on event on Saturday, November 21, 2026. The Landskronberg is located on the French-Swiss border and is the first Jura hill of the Blue Chain.
This comprehensive nature conservation project involves maintaining species-rich dry meadows and pastures, creating open forest structures in valuable oak forests, exposing rock outcrops, enhancing orchard meadows and vineyards, and constructing and improving ponds.
The project makes an important contribution to preserving biodiversity in our region.
WHERE: Landskronberg starting at 9 a.m. with lunch at 1 p.m.; details regarding the meeting point and the exact schedule will follow in early November 2026
You can also simply register for lunch only.
